I think I was kidnapped..however I escaped whomever did kidnapped me. I found my phone and several messages and missed calls were on it. I called my mother asking where Chris is and she just got dead silent. At that point I was in hysterics because I got a sharp pain in my stomach. I was in a casino but I was in the hotel section of it. I woke up within the dream. I saw Chris and I was relieved but it quickly went away because he didn't seem like himself. I was also around others I have seen in real life but they were not themselves.. almost inhumane.
Dreams about being kidnapped often symbolize feelings of helplessness or a lack of control in waking life. The act of escaping suggests a desire for independence and the ability to overcome obstacles. Your search for your phone, which connects you to others, reflects your need for communication and reassurance in times of distress.
Calling your mother and receiving silence could indicate fear of abandonment or concern for someone close to you. The sharp pain in your stomach may symbolize anxiety or emotional turmoil, suggesting the dream is tapping into deeper worries about your relationships or personal security.
The setting of a casino, a place associated with chance and risk, could symbolize feelings of uncertainty or unpredictability in your life. Being in the hotel section may represent a temporary state—perhaps you’re feeling like you're just passing through a situation without settling in or feeling truly secure.
Seeing Chris but realizing he didn’t seem like himself might reflect your anxieties about changes in your relationships. The presence of others who appear inhumane could represent how certain people in your life have changed or how you perceive them differently due to emotional stress.
Overall, this dream might be urging you to confront anxieties about your relationships, personal safety, and feelings of control in your life. Exploring these feelings consciously may help in resolving the underlying emotions that led to this vivid dream.
